The objective is to make you discover and enjoy the vineyard, the house and the wines of Saint Louis.
The team at Saint Louis works the vine and the wine with enthusiasm and passion. Since September 2005 without commitment, the entire vineyard, during summer, has been treated following only the regulations of biological agriculture. Since September 2006 the commitment was taken for biological vine growth during summer. The monitoring and the permanent consultation are being done by Mr. Daniel Noël, an expert in the matter. Also, grass has been planted between the rows of vines to ensure that no plant health product can disturb the natural balance of the ground and the vines.
Marie Cecile Mahmoudi, a former lawyer, assumes administrative responsibility and management of the fields.
Sylvie Luvisutto, accountant, manages the production, breeding, and conditioning, as well as the material accounting and the traceability of all the wines of the Château Saint Louis and the Domain of Gravières de Rabany.
José Cristovao, Culture Chief. He does what is best to ensure that the vineyard is like a pleasure garden and that the grapes achieve maximum development of taste and quality at the time of the grape harvest. His role is most important by far in the cycle of the production, which starts with the land.
