  THE CHÂTEAU SAINT LOUIS

 

Château Saint Louis is located between Toulouse and Montauban and belongs to AOC of Fronton.
When bought in 1991 by Cecile and Ali Mahmoudi the Château Saint Louis underwent a major transformation.

Since the purchase of the estate by the mixed couple the wines have been presented many prestigious awards each year.
An alley perfumed by roses leads you to a delightful setting with sound of fountains and cork popping. Mixing regional and Persian styles, the Château Saint Louis is an ideal place for making wine and also ideal for your personal and professional receptions.

 

 

 


 

ALI MAHMOUDI

 

Owner oenologist of the château Saint Louis, he is heart of the 35 hectare vineyard. Ali Mahmoudi welcomes everyone with generosity and joviality to this place where a different spirit reigns, a Persian spirit.

"The Spirit of Saint Louis" was created from the meeting of traditional and modernism methods. Through Ali’s magic and passion, a new wine was born that brings both pleasure and emotion.




  THE WORLD OF SAINT LOUIS

 

The objective is to make you discover and enjoy the vineyard, the house and the wines of Saint Louis.

The team at Saint Louis works the vine and the wine with enthusiasm and passion. Since September 2005 without commitment, the entire vineyard, during summer, has been treated following only the regulations of biological agriculture. Since September 2006 the commitment was taken for biological vine growth during summer. The monitoring and the permanent consultation are being done by Mr. Daniel Noël, an expert in the matter. Also, grass has been planted between the rows of vines to ensure that no plant health product can disturb the natural balance of the ground and the vines.

 

Marie Cecile Mahmoudi, a former lawyer, assumes administrative responsibility and management of the fields.

Sylvie Luvisutto, accountant, manages the production, breeding, and conditioning, as well as the material accounting and the traceability of all the wines of the Château Saint Louis and the Domain of Gravières de Rabany.

José Cristovao, Culture Chief. He does what is best to ensure that the vineyard is like a pleasure garden and that the grapes achieve maximum development of taste and quality at the time of the grape harvest.
